Monarch is seeking an IT Specialist (f/m/d) – to join our growing team.

Monarch is a well-funded security and information service provider based in Berlin, run by seasoned founders, intelligence experts and industry leaders. Aufgaben
Your mission:

You assure the smooth operation of our systems and IT. You are always available for our management team and key staff in their daily needs. The goal is to ensure IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the limits of budget, time and specifications of the company.
• You are responsible for troubleshooting and fault analysis in the hardware and
software area (on site as well as via telephone, e-mail and remotely)
• You advise, support, and train our employees regarding all technical enquirie
• You guarantee high levels of security, system operation and uptime
• You are responsible for technical employee on- and offboarding regarding their
accounts, system access and IT
• You are responsible for hardware configuration, ordering and maintenance as well as installation and configuration of software
• You create and maintain employee accounts and rights in all IT systems
• You support us in IT projects
• You help identifying and implementing technologies with high and effective security standards
• You review the use of technical equipment and software to ensure functionality, safety, and efficiency

Qualifikation
Your profile:
• You have completed IT training with practical work experience in different levels of user support and have a sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/ software) and networks
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English - any additional
languages are a big plusYou have experience in IT- and server administration (including OSX, Android, Plesk)
• You have experience in IT-, application and network security
• You have experience in Mobile Device Management for phones and tablets
• You have experience with secure cloud collaboration tools and are familiar with
German GDPR standards
• You are willing to learn new tools in a highly confidential environment with MacBooks and Android phones
• You are excellent in organising yourself in a mostly remote work environment including meeting deadlines and delivering results
• You live in or close to Berlin and are happy to meet your colleagues in Berlin on a
regular basis or while travelling internationally
