We’re looking for a very talented entrepreneurial-minded frontend developer who is passionate about digital marketing to assist in driving the growth of great personalized offers through various scenarios using e-mails, apps, web pages and other web based technology.

Responsibilities

Develop, test and implement responsive and highly segmented/targeted web sites, landing pages, apps and email campaigns according to best practices
Ensure emails are dynamic, efficiently-coded and render correctly
Conduct testing for function and render quality before the scheduled deployment
A/B split testing
Research digital marketing industry trends, browser, smartphone and email client changes
Designing and coding unique landing pages, including apps and micro sites
Build wireframes, sitemaps, mockups based on requirements
Conceptualize, design and implement user interfaces
Make recommendations and implement new processes and/or applications
Rapidly learn new solutions as the technology develops
Handle expedited requests quickly and efficiently
Troubleshoot problems
Lead certain projects
Requirements

BA/BS in Web Design and Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications or related field; or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency
3+ years of experience managing email campaigns using variable driven data preferably with experience creating responsive templates
Expert in various programming languages primarily for building apps, front-end website development for microsites, targeted email campaigns and landing pages with dynamic content
Experience testing and troubleshooting in multiple browsers or email clients with a strong sense of web design and user experience best practices
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work effectively work independently troubleshoot issues and also work well within a team in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Experience with JavaScript, JQuery, PHP and SQL Server is a plus
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
High-energy, self-motivated individual with strong technical and project management skills
Keen eye for detail
