Standard "Unergründliche" Validierungsfehler

Hallo, ich habe mir vorgenommen meine Seite in XHTML umzuwandeln.
Alles schön brav mit w3c und so. Allerdings zeigt mir der Validator
folgende Fehler an und ich begreife einfach nicht was falsch daran
sein soll. Vieleicht habt ihr ja ne idee....
