We strengthen our customers’ existing IT departments by providing 3rd-level-support and developing their IAM services further.We see Identity and Access Management solutions as a central company-wide service that is continuously developing and expanding. Established methods help us standardize this service and optimally align it to the special requirements of each customer. We offer first-class support and operations.

After a 6- to 8-month orientation phase with our experienced team in Oberhaching near Munich, Germany, you will move to our office in Nanjing, China, where you will continue to establish and expand the IAM Worx team as a team leader.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for providing IT security support to our global customers in a service team
• You extend the central IT security solutions for our customers’ internet and intranet platforms
• You advise our customers on solutions for Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• You use IT security management products and modern technologies such as Social Sign-In (e. g. Google and Facebook) and Identity Federation
• You configure and extend IT security products
• You fix malfunctions and solve problems related to IT security products

Our expectations

• You have a master’s degree in a field of computer science or a comparable qualification
• You are very keen to learn about complex issues concerning the security of modern corporate IT platforms
• You are a strong problem-solver and have excellent analytical skills
• You have a good knowledge of Windows and/or UNIX administration; SQL and LDAP would be an advantage
• A service-focused mindset and excellent communication skills are a matter of course for you
• You have a German work permit (at least a temporary one)
• You have a permanent Chinese work permit
• You speak Chinese very well, have lived in China for several years, and want to return to China
• Very good English skills (written and spoken) complete your profile

Die IAM Worx ist als Unternehmen der iC Consult Group auf Support und Operations im Bereich Identity und Access Management (IAM) spezialisiert. Wir unterstützen die IT-Abteilungen unserer Kunden im laufenden Betrieb mit 3rd-Level-Support und Weiterentwicklung der IAM-Services. Wir betrachten Identity und Access Management Lösungen als zentralen unternehmensweiten Service, der sich kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt. Etablierte Methoden helfen uns dabei, diesen zu standardisieren und optimal auf die besonderen Anforderungen des Kunden auszurichten. Wir bieten Support und Operations auf First-Class-Niveau.

Nach einer 6 bis 8-monatigen Einarbeitungsphase durch unser erfahrenes Team in Oberhaching bei München, wechselst du in unsere Niederlassung in Nanjing in China und baust dort als Teamleiter das IAM Worx Team weiter auf und aus.

Deine Aufgaben

• Du bist für den IT-Security-Support für unsere global tätigen Kunden in einem Service-Team zuständig
• Du erweiterst die zentralen IT-Security-Lösungen für Internet- und Intranet-Plattformen unserer Kunden
• Du berätst unsere Kunden zu Lösungen rund um das Thema Identity und Access Management (IAM)
• Du setzt Produkte des IT-Security-Managements und moderner Technologien wie Social Sign-In (z. B. Google und Facebook) und Identity Federation ein
• Du konfigurierst und erweiterst IT-Security-Produkte
• Du behebst Störungen und löst Probleme von IT-Security-Produkten

Unsere Erwar*tungen

• Du besitzt einen Master in einer Fachrichtung der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Du bringst Interesse und Begeisterung mit, dich in komplexe Fragestellungen rund um die Sicherheit von modernen Plattformen der Unternehmens-IT einzuarbeiten
• Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Problemlösungsverständnis sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
• Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in Windows und/oder UNIX Administration, SQL und LDAP von Vorteil
• Hohe Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich
• Du besitzt eine deutsche Arbeitserlaubnis (zumindest eine befristete deutsche Arbeitserlaubnis)
• Du besitzt eine unbefristete chinesische Arbeitserlaubnis
• Du sprichst sehr gut Chinesisch, hast mehrjährig in China gelebt und möchtest auch wieder nach China zurückkehren
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab
